Technical Associate Job Overview:

We are in search of a Technical Associate who possesses excellent analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail to become a part of our Support team at Phreesia. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering first-tier technical and account management assistance to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will encompass diagnosing technical challenges, implementing configuration adjustments, aiding in product navigation, and escalating issues when necessary. This position will provide exposure to diverse facets of technical support, product configuration, and client relations, establishing a robust foundation for your career advancement in technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and serve as the subject matter expert for our current client base.
  • Diagnose technical challenges utilizing necessary tools and resources.
  • Engage effectively with clients through phone and email communications.
  • Document and escalate reported issues as required.
  • Handle multiple support requests concurrently.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to enhance product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical or customer support roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with the Windows operating environment.
  • Willingness to learn about message transformation between systems.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
