Position Summary:
As we expand our aviation department with the addition of a new aircraft, we are seeking skilled pilots who are proactive team players. Our ideal candidates will take ownership of the entire flight process, from meticulous preflight planning to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring aircraft security. We foster a collaborative environment where challenges are met with enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

  • Operate company aircraft safely and efficiently, adhering to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Exceed customer expectations by providing flexible solutions as flight requirements evolve.
  • Embrace our core value of responsiveness and agility.
  • Ensure the aircraft is clean and ready for passengers, demonstrating stewardship.
  • Actively participate in our Safety Management System by identifying and reporting safety issues.
  • Build strong relationships with passengers and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Exhibit integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Maintain pilot proficiency through ongoing training and education.
  • Prepare routine reports and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • A valid Airline Transport Pilot certificate – Multi Engine.
  • A minimum of 4,500 total flight hours.
  • At least 1,500 hours as Pilot-In-Command.
  • 1,500 hours of Multi Engine experience.
  • Experience with turbine aircraft and international flying.
  • A first-class medical certificate.
  • An excellent safety record with no FAA violations.
  • The ability to travel frequently.
  • A professional demeanor and reliability.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid passport for international travel.

Preferred Qualifications:
Additional experience in the following areas is advantageous:

  • Recent international flying experience.
  • Challenger 350 Type Rating.
