**Protective Life Customer Service Role**

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Protective Life. As a key member of our Operations Department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.

This exciting opportunity will expose you to various positions within Protective Life, providing you with the skills and knowledge necessary for future growth and advancement. You will work in a team environment to service/support the Life, Annuity, and New Business Operations Departments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Review and process transactions within established time goals.
  • Collaborate with teammates, management, and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience or equivalent.
  • Call center experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
