About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Territory Manager to join our team at Hologic. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our GYN Surgical portfolio in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Execute sales calls, build strong relationships with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to achieve territory sales objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and manage sales funnels to analyze, track, and provide accurate forecasts, maximizing Hologic's market share.
  • Customer Relationships: Craft long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers, becoming a trusted advisor and partner to key decision makers.
  • Clinical Expertise: Provide technical support in surgery, educating surgeons and nurses on GYN Surgical products within the portfolio.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the wider team, including clinical, sales, service, technology, and national accounts.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific, biomedical, sales, business, or marketing discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3+ years of successful sales experience, with medical sales experience being an advantage.
  • Skills: Ability to build meaningful business relationships, handle objections and negotiations eloquently, and be a top performer in your existing company.
  • Additional Requirements: Valid driving license, satisfactory driving record, and a serviceable vehicle available for work use.
Compensation and Benefits

The total compensation range for this role is $160,000 to $250,000, with a 100% commission-based structure. Final compensation packages will depend on territory and performance versus quota.
