Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Multifamily Account Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a Multifamily Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of flooring projects, from conception to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, supervising installation teams, and ensuring that all projects are completed within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Strong Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with multifamily clients, architects, and contractors to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to expand the company's multifamily footprint, staying ahead of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Present Flooring Solutions: Present flooring solutions tailored to meet the client's needs and project specifications, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Manage the Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process from initial client engagement to final delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with project management and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in multifamily sales, preferably in the flooring or building materials industry, with a strong understanding of flooring products, installation processes, and market demands.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with multifamily clients.
  • Self-Motivated: Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, with the ability to manage and analyze sales data to drive business growth.
