Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst II to join our team at Sierra Nevada Corporation. As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated master schedules, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, ensuring alignment with program objectives and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate schedule risks, ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Perform schedule health assessments and risk analysis to ensure project schedules are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization.
  • Prepare and present schedule-related reports and metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in program planning and scheduling, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project Professional and other project management tools.
  • Knowledge of DCMA 14-point and IPMR DI_MGMT-81861, Mil Standard 881, and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in the development and maintenance of resource-loaded integrated master schedules.
  • Knowledge of engineering design and life cycle concepts, and ability to apply critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis.
