The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Analyst II to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing systems and applications support, as well as IT-related project management, to the Real Estate and Fleet organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide data analysis and reporting from various systems related to the day-to-day business of Real Estate.
  • Assist with continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
  • Work on data analysis, reporting, and visualization using various tools and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
  • Expert-level knowledge of MS Excel, including advanced data evaluation formulas, pivot tables, filters, and V-Lookups.
  • Experience with Microsoft BI and database administration (SQL, Oracle, Access).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or other business field.
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience working on teams to achieve goals.
