Delivering exceptional customer service is at the core of this role. We're not merely searching for someone to answer phones and manage paperwork; we're looking for a personality that shines through in every interaction.

In our fast-paced environment, the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining composure under pressure is an absolute must.

Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Order front office supplies and maintain inventory stock.
  • Update calendars and schedule appointments.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
  • Compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Knowledge of insurance billing.
  • Background in medical terminology.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourcefulness and proactivity when addressing issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Exceptional multitasking and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks.
