We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Lead to join our team at Lotus Technology Group, Inc. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for establishing and evolving formal test automation practices, test processes, methodology, standards, and hygiene for agile development efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and evolve formal test automation practices, test processes, methodology, standards, and hygiene for agile development efforts.
  • Lead a Test automation strategy, test design/planning, test automation, and drive test execution for application services initiatives.
  • Design automated test scripts that are reusable.
  • Lead and mentor Test automation team members across a global team.
  • Defect tracking and test management using software systems like qTest and Azure DevOps.
  • Ensure that all automated testing-related activities are carried out as per the standards defined by the company.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge on End-to-end automation testing through Selenium.
  • Strong knowledge on End-to-end functional testing through Cucumber.
  • Hands-on experience in mobile test automation using Perfecto.
  • Experience in Authoring pages and Validated against the design documents.
  • Good experience in AEM Content Management System (CMS) Testing.
  • Good hands-on experience of Jmeter.
  • Good understanding about the checkmarks and Fortify.
  • Ability to manage third-party vendors and identify testing opportunities.
