Job Title: AV Lead Installation Tech

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex audio/visual systems. Your expertise will ensure top-notch quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead installation teams to complete tasks as directed
  • Perform tasks such as rack assembly, equipment placement, and wire terminations
  • Read and interpret prints
  • Cable installation and proper termination (including testing)
  • Work in an organized and clean manner
  • Work efficiently and within allotted budget
  • Provide feedback to the installation manager and project manager
  • General knowledge of construction and the AV industry
  • Lead mid-sized projects with limited direction from others
  • Assist in developing project plans and implementing them
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Submit daily reports in a properly formatted and detailed manner
  • Attain basic DSP configuration knowledge and ability to perform basic configuration
  • Attain basic control system knowledge and ability to perform basic updates and changes
  • Train and communicate with customers on proper system use
  • Lead larger projects to success
  • Develop troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Attain CTS-I certification
  • Complete assigned training courses
  • Work in a team environment with respect to others
  • Approach each day with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Train and work with junior and level 1 and 2 technicians
