Identity and Access Management Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to enhance our cybersecurity initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in integrating client applications, creating tailored connectors, and ensuring the integrity of our IAM offerings, solutions, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate client applications into our IAM offerings, solutions, and services.
  • Assist in the creation of custom connectors and new APIs.
  • Support the management of existing production systems, including necessary training and documentation.
  • Model and develop IAM Role/Policy objects and manage Access requests.
  • Design and create integration connectors and interfaces for cross-IAM solutions.
  • Incorporate role-based access control, Single Sign-On, user provisioning, and reconciliation services with current applications, systems, and network devices.
  • Work collaboratively with Business IT teams to continuously enhance the security posture of application and solution portfolios.
  • Develop new interfaces through plugin development.
  • Oversee the comprehensive implementation of features and custom solutions.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) deployment and engineering, with significant experience in SailPoint.
  • Expert-level knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ, particularly in version 8.3, including experience in integrating SailPoint IIQ with new applications using custom connectors and API development.
  • Proficient in web services and SCIM-based connectors.
  • Extensive technical experience with the SailPoint suite including LCM, Certifications, Provisioning, and Role Management.
  • Experience in plugin development, including both frontend-facing pages and backend API.
  • Ability to lead system integrations for both internal and external-facing systems/applications with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Experience in developing, testing, and troubleshooting custom System/Application Connectors within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, relational databases, Java, BeanShell, REST API, and web services.
  • Understanding of RBAC, Identity Policies, Identity Lifecycle automation and reporting, Password Policies, Separation of Duties, User Provisioning, and approval workflows in SailPoint IIQ.
  • Experience working with SSF and rapid set-up frameworks, SSD deployment frameworks, and Git repositories.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and Splunk logging tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD build tools and Agile methodology is preferred.
  • Must be trustworthy in maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive data.

Education and Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) - Preferred
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) - Preferred
