Job Summary

Fujitec America, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing and maintaining service accounts and repair work, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires discretion and independent judgment. You will be responsible for exceeding sales goals and quotas, managing service accounts, and taking lead roles in relationships with property management groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exceed sales goals and quotas by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth and cancellation reduction.
  • Manage service accounts by visiting customers within assigned territory, to develop ongoing relationships with customers and build an understanding of their needs and wants.
  • Take lead roles in relationships with property management groups such as IREM and BOMA.
  • Train entry sales personnel to help assist them in meeting their sales goals.
  • Responsible for reviewing sales financials and providing monthly forecasting.
  • Develop capital plans for customers to address their short- and long-term building needs.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of company products by attending training classes and studying factory equipment manuals and supplier information.
  • Prepare repair job proposals by estimating labor and other job costs using estimating software program.
  • Prepare service contract bids, including reviewing blueprints and surveying equipment when necessary.
  • Receive and respond to written and oral questions related to quoted repairs and service contracts.
  • Monitor the status of current service contracts by visiting jobsites and customers within assigned territory, ensuring customer satisfaction with service.
  • Contact service customers regarding contract renewal prior to contract expiration.
  • Keep timely, well-organized records of sales activities using company-provided sales management software.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in related field.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
  • Local travel expectations: 10%.
Work Environment and Expectations

Job duties are performed mainly within an established office environment under normal lighting and climate-controlled tolerances. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
Pay Transparency Information

The 2024 base pay scale for this position and career level is $51,953 to $71,469. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's location, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.

This role is also eligible for commissions subject to the terms of the IC agreement.

Employees are also eligible for certain paid-time off benefits pursuant to our policies (which may change from time to time) and applicable laws.
