About the Role

As a Safety and Training Manager at AGI Ground, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and customers. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a strong commitment to safety protocols and a passion for training and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on safety procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry partners to stay up-to-date on the latest safety standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety-related policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on safety-related issues and concerns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as safety management, occupational health, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a safety-related role, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards, including OSHA and FAA requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
