Position Overview: Under supervision, the Safety and Compliance Analyst (Metro Atlanta) conducts inspections to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations, thereby promoting safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops an understanding of updates in state regulations, OSHA standards, NFPA codes, and other relevant safety guidelines.
  • Interprets and manages regulatory and technical matters, documenting compliance with safety laws to safeguard public welfare.
  • Monitors and logs the functionality and positioning of emergency equipment and related assets.
  • Plans and organizes inspections and audits of designated facilities to ensure procedural adherence and maintain necessary accreditation.
  • Offers expert guidance and consultation on fire safety inspections and associated activities.
  • Employs various monitoring, sampling, and analytical tools to collect and record data accurately.
  • Facilitates training and oversees data management in relevant areas as required.

Qualifications: An Associate's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution OR a High school diploma or GED combined with two years of pertinent experience. Note: Certain positions may necessitate a valid driver's license or specific certifications and/or licenses.
