Job Overview

At 6002 Pieology, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant operates at the highest level of efficiency and quality, while providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve sales and profit goals, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and cash handling procedures to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure compliance and effective implementation.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a walk-in cooler and freezer.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
