Job Title: Vocational Nurse - Home Health

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Vocational Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality home health care to our patients. As a Vocational Nurse, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse to provide nursing care to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to patients in their homes, under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the registered nurse.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of California.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
