Account Growth Manager

As an Account Executive in the Healthcare sector, you will have the opportunity to drive growth and revenue through strategic account management. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling software solutions to executive-level buyers and possess excellent communication and business skills.
**Key Responsibilities and Expectations:**
- Sell Workiva's core platform and solutions to Healthcare customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by prospecting for new opportunities and closing deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure continued growth and revenue.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- 4+ years of sales experience in a related field, preferably selling enterprise technology or SaaS solutions.
- Strong understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model.
- Ability to demonstrate complex software applications and communicate effectively at the executive level.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Competitive salary range: $86,000 - $138,000 per year.
- Eligible for commission based on sales performance.
- Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire.
