Job Title: Account Executive, Special Situations

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our Special Situations team at Prosek. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic communications plans to support clients' special situations, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism, and crisis communications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media, and other stakeholders to drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client work and meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert counsel to clients.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial communications, mergers and acquisitions, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and industry trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
