Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Operations Department Supervisor to join our team at Lowe's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and enabling a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of associates to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate with frontend and backend operations associates to ensure efficient inventory management and stock levels.
  • Monitor and coach employees on safe behaviors and lifting techniques to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor non-selling operations to ensure seamless store operations and maximize sales and profitability.
  • Communicate effectively with other Department Supervisors and Assistant Store Managers to drive service, operations, and safety objectives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in a retail environment or 5 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Experience providing direction or supervision to teams and supporting or participating in training, mentoring, and developing associates.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting frontend or backend operations in a retail environment and working in a customer service role.
  • Experience in a leadership role with direct report responsibility and working in the home improvement retail sector.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and using store computer systems.
