Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and direction to our Radiology team, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care and services.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Radiology Department, including staff management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to drive the growth and development of our Radiology Department.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiology Program with current licensure as a Technologist with the ARRT or ARDMS.
  • Experience: 2+ years of recent pertinent and professional clinical management experience in a hospital, medical office, or other clinical setting.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
