- Ensure product consistency, quality, and flavor meet Blend's standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to food quality and service.
- Manage the scheduling and receipt of food and beverage deliveries, verifying quality and quantity.
- Oversee food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation to align with company standards.
- Monitor financial transactions and budgets to ensure authorized expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service.
- Establish and evaluate performance standards for staff and customer service.
- Analyze operational procedures to identify improvements in service and safety.
- Assist with food preparation and service tasks as needed.
- Maintain inventory records for food and equipment.
- Organize training programs for staff, resolve personnel issues, and assess employee performance.
- Order and procure necessary equipment and supplies.
- Evaluate sales data to identify less popular or unprofitable items.
- Assess staffing requirements and recruit new team members.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Utilize point of sale systems, manage cash handling, and make deposits.
- Follow company procedures for opening and closing operations and maintain associated records.
