Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for lead generation, cultivating new and maintaining existing relationships within the A&D community, and driving incremental activity into the business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with developers, influencers, and other key stakeholders
- Manage and oversee sales activities, including quotations, budget planning, client negotiations, order management, deliveries, and ongoing relationship building
- Monitor and analyze sales activities to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience
- Interior design or knowledge of furniture design is an asset
- Strong relationships with developers and influencers
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic team environment
- Driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
- Excellent computer skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Experience with inventory/database, preferably SAP
- Second language is an asset
