We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Access Professional to join our team at Children's Health. This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless patient registration processes.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes employee portion of medical plan premiums covered after 3 years, 4%-10% employee savings plan match based on tenure, paid parental leave (up to 12 weeks), caregiver leave, and adoption and surrogacy reimbursement.

Job Description:

This role involves efficiently processing patient registration, verifying patient information, and resolving any issues that arise. You will work closely with patients and their families, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year of healthcare or patient access operations experience required.
  • National Association of Healthcare Access Management CHAA Certification preferred.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records, processing payments, and preparing documents for presentation to patients during registration. This role demands attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
