**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Schedule appointments and conduct sales presentations to prospective customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products and services
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

**Requirements**
- Insurance sales experience, preferably with Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
- Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to customers and build strong relationships
