About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Representative to join our team at ZF Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in maintaining strong relationships with our customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in customer-facing positions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
