ACCOUNT MANAGER

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for communicating and coordinating with customers, suppliers, vendors, salespeople, and other departments within the company to answer questions, solve problems, and meet their needs. You will be expected to handle and resolve all verbal and written correspondence in a timely, professional, and respectful manner. This includes emails, memos, letters, spreadsheets, and other documents. You will also be responsible for preparing various customer reports, memos, and letters as needed. Additionally, you will inspect and analyze documents and correspondence for accuracy and follow up as necessary. You will maintain customer and supplier databases and record details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken. You will demonstrate independence, solid judgment, flexibility, and problem-solving skills in everyday duties. You will show determination and perseverance to complete responsibilities to ensure deadlines and resolutions. You will complete work in an accurate and thorough manner. You will utilize computer and various software packages to complete daily responsibilities. You will possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.

EXPERIENCE
3 to 5 years of office work experience in a service or logistics related industry is preferred. Strong decision-making and analytical abilities are required. Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills are essential. Strong organizational skills to manage workflow and time are necessary. A pleasant, patient, friendly, and can-do attitude is required.
