Commercial Lines Account Manager

At Ranahan Recruiting, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our insurance team, you will be responsible for managing a book of commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Market new business and account renewals, obtaining competitive coverage/cost ratios for clients.
Submit renewal business to various markets and maintain productive relationships with multiple insurance company underwriters and staff.
Manage day-to-day account transactions, including additions/deletions of vehicles, property acquisitions, exposure changes, contract reviews, coverage analysis, and program recommendations with client interaction.
Provide clear answers to clients on coverage or billing questions, including information on rate fluctuations or policy changes.
Effectively manage preparation and production of all elements of presentations for client meetings and properly represent the company.
Requirements:
3-5 years of insurance industry experience related to servicing commercial accounts.
Active Property and Casualty license.
Independent insurance experience.
Experience with Agency Management Systems.
Knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
