About the Role

Therapeutic Associates is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our central billing office. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service support to our patients, clinics, staff, insurance companies, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide positive and professional customer service to patients, clinics, staff, and other stakeholders
  • Answer phone calls and resolve questions and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Review accounts and insurance EOBs to ensure accurate processing and payment posting
  • Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Athena experience preferred
  • Prior medical office or customer service experience preferred
