Overview

As a Management Trainee Intern at Enterprise Holdings, you'll embark on a dynamic and challenging journey that will equip you with valuable business and leadership skills. This internship is designed to provide university/college students with real-world professional experience, setting you apart from the crowd and making your resume stand out.

From day one, you'll be immersed in a team-based environment where you'll work alongside peers to learn, grow, and have fun. You'll take on the same challenges as our first and second-year full-time professionals, acquiring highly marketable skills in management.

This is a part-time paid internship with a starting rate of $17.50/hour on a 20-25 hour work week. You'll be based at one of our local offices within the Warwick, Rhode Island area.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee Intern, you'll be given the opportunity to develop skills in managing a fleet of vehicles, taking care of customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. You'll work on intern projects and engage in friendly competition with your peers, with the possibility of performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be a Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university with an anticipated graduation date of May 2025
  • Must have experience in customer service, sales, leadership, or athletics at a collegiate level or above
  • Must have a valid unrestricted driver's license for at least one year with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years
  • No drug or alcohol-related incident on your record in the past 5 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position
  • Must be willing to accept the pay of $17.50/hour
  • Must be able to make a 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start in early January 2025
