Head of Asset Management Marketing

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive awareness and adoption of our capabilities.
- Create and execute scalable marketing and communication plans to improve engagement with our target audiences.
- Manage and increase the brand image of Northern Trust Asset Management, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and brand positioning across all marketing channels.
- Enhance the use of digital channels and leverage new channels to scale our marketing efforts and increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to drive client acquisition and retention efforts.
- Set clear and measurable objectives and consistently monitor and report on the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and competitor strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management marketing, with a focus on institutional and wealth management investor segments.
- Deep knowledge of the asset management industry, investment capabilities, and investor segments – globally.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the asset management sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and experience in leveraging digital channels for lead generation and brand building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data and insights to drive marketing decisions.
- Demonstrated experience effectively managing senior stakeholders across large organizations.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
