Job Summary:
Spitzer Automotive is seeking enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to providing outstanding service to our clientele while advancing their careers within a leading regional employer. The Cashier / Receptionist is responsible for processing payments for products and services, playing a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction during transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers at the cashier area in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
  • Process cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers, ensuring accurate receipts.
  • Scan and file necessary documents.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding services or products, or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and, when needed, escalate issues to the right individuals for resolution.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and keep the work area organized and tidy.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least one year of office experience.
  • Positive and upbeat attitude.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to pass MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
  • Experience in a dealership setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CDK systems is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
