  • Clinical Service Provision: Guarantees the delivery of clinical services and monitors client progress effectively.
  • Program Monitoring: Evaluates programs for compliance and effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Human Resource Development: Conducts interviews, provides training, and supports staff development initiatives.
  • Performance Enhancement: Cultivates a high-performance culture through positive leadership and motivation.
  • Industry Awareness: Remains informed about industry trends and integrates new insights into operational practices.

Qualifications:

A Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree accompanied by relevant experience is required. Supervisory experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Master's degree in a mental health-related field.
  • Experience in clinical work within relevant programs.
