POSITION SUMMARY:

Manage the processing of bankruptcies for customer accounts and provide assistance to clients and retail locations regarding online and telephone payment methods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

50% - Oversee accounts receivable processes related to bankruptcy filings. Submit claims electronically and engage in negotiations with legal representatives, trustees, and bankruptcy courts. Offer telephone support to retail locations for inquiries related to bankruptcy.

50% - Deliver telephone support to credit customers for both online and telephone payment options. Process payments for clients using our digital payment platform. Assist customers with technical issues related to our online payment services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; some college education is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service roles is essential. Familiarity with Google and Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and complete assignments accurately and punctually in a dynamic environment. Capable of managing daily workload deadlines while promptly addressing user inquiries and training requirements. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are important. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure setting.
