Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as an Administrative Assistant to the County Commissioners. This role will provide administrative support to the Board of Commissioners, including maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Board meetings, actions, and decisions
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes for the Board of Commissioners
  • Provide administrative support to the County Administrator and other staff members as needed
  • Assist with research and preparation of reports, documents, and other materials for the Board
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Three years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Working Conditions
