Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Director to lead the integration of our at-Home Solutions business with Cardinal Health. This role will drive the successful deployment of a multi-year initiative, leveraging your expertise in program and project management.

About the Role

This position is responsible for creating a comprehensive execution plan, engaging stakeholders, and managing budgets. You will also oversee workstream PMO resources, mitigate risks, and maintain scope. Key focus areas include:

  • Create a multiyear execution roadmap and corresponding budget.
  • Manage, mentor, and coach workstream PMO resources.
  • Engage with stakeholders to mitigate risks and maintain scope.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 12+ years of experience in program and project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Agile or hybrid (Waterfall & Agile) methodology experience strongly preferred.
  • PMP certified preferred.
