Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a talented team of experts. Your primary responsibility will be to assemble, configure, and fix PCs and servers to ensure flawless operation. You will also work closely with the engineering team to set up and modify test platforms using interposers or ball grid array (BGA) sockets.

In addition, you will provide outstanding support by resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently. This may involve performing electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process.

You will also dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches, or drawings. Furthermore, you will use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts and rebuild manufacturing equipment as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess prior experience using logic analyzers and oscilloscopes to collect and analyze data. Proven expertise in hardware, firmware, and software understanding is helpful, but not required. Knowledge of Micron Modules is an asset, but not mandatory.

Additionally, you should be able to work 12-hour shifts on days or nights, including some weekends. Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential for this position. A new perspective that embraces continuous improvement for our processes or products is also desirable.

Education and Experience

An Associate's degree or other technical training, including military background, is preferred. Knowledge in computer systems and/or DRAM operation is also beneficial. Demonstrated ability to work strictly within industry standards and protocols to ensure system compatibility is crucial.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
