We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Specialist to join our team at MicroTech Systems, Inc in Boise, Idaho.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent analytical skills, and proven problem-solving abilities. They will provide technical guidance and support to our clients, working closely with our business teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert-level technical assistance to clients, evaluating product capabilities, identifying system limitations, and offering recommendations for improvement.
  • Client Support: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-notch customer service, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant technical support experience, including advanced network design, infrastructure installation, and Microsoft server migrations.
  • Proven track record of troubleshooting complex technical issues and delivering solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
