About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Heartland, a Global Payments Company. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling merchant services offerings to businesses, identifying revenue opportunities, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, identifying revenue opportunities and prospective clients within assigned territories.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Ensure suspect identification, planning, account qualification, and needs analysis at all prospect levels.
  • Respond to customer requests for information and provide online presentations.
  • Identify and close additional product and/or service sales with existing clients to further develop the client relationship.
  • Maintain existing/prospective client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Relevant experience or degree in a related field.
  • Typically minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • B2B sales experience, cold calling sales experience, and demonstrated successful performance in previous sales jobs.
