Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Provide exceptional customer service to guests through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  2. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist walk-in guests as needed.
  3. Work closely with the manager to complete daily tasks and follow up as necessary.
  4. Be organized, efficient, and able to multitask effectively.
  5. Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

In addition to the above responsibilities, this role requires the ability to read and speak English clearly, type efficiently, and navigate social media platforms effectively. Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule are also essential for this role.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19-$22/hour, depending on experience, to ensure that our employees can thrive in their roles and contribute to the success of our winery.
