We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Luxury Watch Sales Specialist to join our team at Reeds Jewelers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

About the Role:
  • Sales Generation: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by utilizing in-depth product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service expertise.
  • Customer Service: Provide superior customer service, greet all customers, offer assistance, answer questions, and process repairs when requested.
  • Operations: Understand and adhere to store operational procedures, conduct daily inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain facility presentation.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to develop extensive brand and product knowledge, engage with customers and colleagues, and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury sales.
  • Previous clienteling experience and demonstrated ability to learn technical products.
  • Ability to type, use email, and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and business contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends, is required.
