Position Summary

We are in search of a proficient CNC Machinist to contribute to our operations in Pearland, Texas. This role involves the operation of advanced CNC machinery to manufacture high-quality components for the pipe supply sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize inspection equipment to ensure machined parts meet specified tolerances.
  • Engage in Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP).
  • Effectively operate both manual and CNC machinery.
  • Inspect and verify incoming bar stock for type, length, and dimensions.
  • Apply ISO procedures to streamline work processes and identify potential issues.
  • Set up and operate CNC Lathe and Mill machines.
  • Implement data entry systems for enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Provide daily support for software programming applications.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of experience in pipe yard and forklift operations is preferred.
  • Prior experience in CNC machining is essential.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screenings is required.
  • Strong understanding of machine tooling applications, CNC operations, and preventive maintenance.
  • Capability to read technical prints and drawings, along with supporting data entry and software programming applications.
