Audiology Training Specialist

As a Field Training Audiologist, you will play a key role in enhancing audiologists' skills and knowledge. You will conduct high-quality training sessions, provide expert support on hearing aid fitting and troubleshooting, and collaborate with sales teams to drive product adoption. With a dynamic team within a leading audiology company, you will have opportunities for advancement and develop cutting-edge training programs.
About the Role
- Conduct engaging presentations and training sessions for audiology professionals.
- Provide expert support on hearing aid fitting and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive product adoption.
- Represent the company at national, state, and regional events.
- Independently manage a full travel schedule to maximize training impact.
About You
- Hold an AuD, PhD, or Master's in Audiology with a current state license from any US state.
- Proficient in conducting engaging presentations and training.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable of extensive travel (75% of the time).
