The Ladders is in search of a dedicated and results-driven End User Computing (EUC) Analyst to join our global team. This role is essential in maintaining and enhancing our corporate computing environment, which is integral to our dynamic and fast-paced culture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, a proactive attitude, and exceptional communication skills, while maintaining a professional demeanor.
As a prominent player in the financial technology sector, The Ladders operates within a framework that supports various markets, including equities and options. The EUC team plays a critical role in ensuring that all hardware, software, and technology utilized by both in-office and remote employees are functioning optimally to support their daily tasks. Collaborating with enterprise stakeholders, the EUC team focuses on developing efficient processes and policies that enhance user productivity and overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitating the onboarding and training of new users within The Ladders' environment.
- Delivering expert-level support for hardware, software, network, and server issues on both Windows and Mac platforms.
- Managing mobile device support, including Mobile Device Management (MDM) for Apple and Android devices.
- Overseeing access management by provisioning and managing user access to all EUC resources.
- Handling ticket and incident management through ServiceNow, ensuring effective issue resolution and documentation.
- Executing hardware imaging and software deployment tasks.
- Provisioning and managing users in Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and Exchange Online.
- Managing file, print, and DHCP services.
- Coordinating purchasing activities and maintaining inventory in accordance with established workflows.
- Physically managing IT hardware and resources.
- Providing support for conference room AV systems and video conferencing tools.
- Assisting with technology support for trading floors and broker desks, including specialized equipment and networking solutions.
- A degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Intune, Exchange Online, and troubleshooting Windows desktop/server environments.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, MacOS, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of networking technologies such as Cisco and Juniper.
- Strong multitasking abilities, time management skills, and a collaborative approach to communication.
- Experience in a trading facility or financial services environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting is a plus.
