  • Competitive Spirit: Drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and maintain a positive guest experience. Strive for excellence in all aspects of restaurant operations, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum Age: 18 years or older.
  • Experience and Training:
  • External Candidates: 3+ years of previous General Manager experience required. Casual dining/fast-casual experience preferred, but not required.
  • Internal Candidates: 1+ years of experience as a successful Fazoli's Assistant General Manager.
  • All Candidates: Must have open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours of operation. Must also have flexibility to transfer and/or assist at other Fazoli's restaurants as business needs arise.
