Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an RN Leader. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the advancement of nursing practice.

Job Summary:

The RN Leader will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide education to patients and families on disease management and self-care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State of Nebraska or approved compact state of residence
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Basic Life Support (CPR) certification
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Staff RN

Salary:$70,000 - $95,000 per year
