**Salary and Benefits:

**Job Description:

The Clinical Optimization and Enhancement Specialist will be responsible for optimizing clinical areas, performing routine clinical audits, and assisting with the improvement and enhanced efficiency of acquisitions, DeNovos, and existing practices. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting site visits in the field to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing process changes to enhance patient satisfaction and company vision.
  • Collaborating with surgeons and clinical teams to integrate electronic health record (EHR) processes and resolve conversion issues from preliminary software integration to Care Stack.
  • Mentoring and developing clinical team members' skills, knowledge base, and patient communication skills through training programs and coaching.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of training-based program goals and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in surgical or dental fields.
  • BLS certification and a high school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a comprehensive team.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time and work a flexible schedule while prioritizing job responsibilities.
