Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Act as a technical authority within the organization, guiding complex engineering projects and mentoring junior engineers.

- Quality Assurance: Uphold rigorous engineering standards by reviewing and approving technical documentation and code submissions.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with product management and other departments to align engineering solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in software development or data engineering.
- Proven track record in leading the development of scalable and resilient distributed systems.
- Familiarity with data processing frameworks such as Spark and Kafka.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Proficient in building and managing distributed systems for data extraction and processing.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and modern observability practices.
- Expertise in programming languages, preferably Go.
- Strong Linux skills with a solid grasp of operating systems.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a passion for mentoring others.
- Able to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as CCPA and GDPR.
