As a Senior Pharmacy Operations Specialist, you will oversee and coordinate pharmacy services within our facility, ensuring the efficient delivery of pharmaceutical care and compliance with established protocols.

Job Responsibilities
- Direct and manage pharmacy operations to guarantee timely and precise service delivery.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of pharmacy staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance productivity.
- Prepare and present quality assurance reports to management regarding operational efficiency.
- Ensure comprehensive training and orientation for all pharmacy personnel.
- Act as a resource for new pharmacy initiatives and projects.
- Perform all technical functions as required, contributing to team efforts.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED; completion of a formal pharmacy technician training program is preferred.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
- A minimum of three years of experience in an inpatient or advanced community pharmacy setting.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to perform job functions while standing, reaching, and using manual dexterity for computer tasks.
- Capability to lift up to 20 lbs and transport heavier items as necessary.
