Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with pharmacy team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- PTCB or ExCPT certification (except in Puerto Rico).
- At least one year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous people management or leadership experience.
- Previous work experience with Walgreens with an Exceeding Expectation on last performance evaluation.
