Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Activity Security Representative to provide multi-disciplined security support to our customer's facility and organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Maintenance of a document accountability database and associated correspondence to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Processing of inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  • Destruction of classified materials in accordance with established procedures.
  • Processing of magnetic media for accountability to ensure secure storage and handling.
  • Reproduction support for classified materials to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  • Maintenance of various daily logs for administrative functions associated with document control.
  • Assistance in the processing of inbound data and outbound data transfer files to ensure secure and timely transfer.
  • Transfer of electronic data files to internal customers to ensure secure and timely delivery.
  • Maintenance of an extensive customer database point of contact listing to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assistance with researching, processing, filing, and maintaining inbound and outbound visit notices to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Escort of facility visitors and maintenance of associated logs to ensure secure and controlled access.
  • Assistance in the preparation of facility access control badges to ensure secure and controlled access.
  • Conduct of entry and exit inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Assistance in the maintenance of facility access control entry systems, to include visitor control, to ensure secure and controlled access.
  • Performance of data entry to the Personnel Access Security System database and maintenance of all customer-sponsored billets and quota information to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assistance in maintaining personnel security files for all personnel of the supported element to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Follow and enforce the customer's Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Provide support for the security awareness and education programs to ensure a secure and informed workforce.
  • Performance of miscellaneous administrative support functions as directed by the contractor site lead and/or the Senior Security Representative to ensure timely and effective support.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a Bachelor's Degree and Top Secret w/SCI Eligibility. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of related experience, prior experience in roles such as System/Network Administrator, and desired SAP experience. Training in DoD M IAM Level I (in lieu of IAT Level I) is also preferred.
